If you order before 14PM your order will be processed in the same day and delivered free in 2-3 working days and next day for a charge, depending what you choose when you purchase it.

That’s a good question! Your safety and satisfaction is our number one priority and we guarantee you security. If you’re concerned about your dates, just to let you know that before your sensitive information, such as addresses, or credit card details, is transferred to us, it is encoded by a secure server so that no one except your contact person and the webmaster are able to see it.

Yes! If you are close to Birmingham, you can come. But just to let you know, that we also have some hours to pick orders up. Get in touch with us for more info and hours.

Sure! You can just place your order without being registered/logged in by putting the items you would like into the shopping basket and proceeding to checkout.

While our packers are pretty great at getting your order together, very rarely they may leave an item out from the order. If this happens, please just reach out to us at contact@pcboost.co.uk and we can get this sorted for you. If this happens, we will require a photo of what you received for verification purposes

If after placing your order you realize you’ve made a mistake or no longer want the order, then we can process a cancellation within 24 hours of the order being placed If your item have not been dispatched. Please reach out to us at contact@pcboost.co.uk and provided it’s within 24 hours and the order hasn’t shipped, we should be able to cancel your order and process a refund for you. Once your order has been shipped it is too late to cancel your order.
